There is something different about Kristina and Dannel, when you are around them you feel this energy coursing around and through you that makes you feel like you are on the verge of discovering something amazing. From the first moment that we sat down with Kristina, and Dannel not long after, through to the wedding day it has been a powerful experience.

As I took this shot, Kristina played "The Nightingale" by Deborah Henson-Conant

There are quite a few wonderful moments that have occurred, you will even see a few of them below, but there is one moment that really stands out. During their engagement session, we were working on the shot you see above with Kristina and her harp. As we were working through the shot angles trying to find exactly the right composition, she started playing. Standing at the top of the stairs after I knew I had the shot, I found myself just leaning on the railing listening as the magical sounds floated up to me as if I was at my own private concert. I thought I was the only one to stop and appreciate this moment, but after the fact I found some video that Caitlyn had taken. In that video was Dannel leaning against the bar and you could see the love, respect, and adoration that he had for Kristina.

Beyond being fabulous musicians, Kristina and Dannel are both amazing people, and no matter where we are, I know we will have good food, lots of fun, and great music wherever we go.

Take a journey through this wonderful couple's beautiful wedding below, I hope you enjoy it as much as Caitlyn and I enjoyed photographing it!
